Agnes Varhelyi’s passion and attention to detail has made her a master in craftsmanship. She’s well-versed with all the principles of material handling. Her genuine interest in clothing arose when she realized that working as a costume designer in the film industry had all the qualities she requested in a profession.
She began assisting a well-established Costume Designer alongside her studies in textiles (BA) at Konstfack. In addition, she has a degree from The Academy of Cutting and Tailoring in Stockholm. Varhelyi also has experience working as a costume technician at Stadsteatern, organizing costumes for big ensembles. During that time, she gained a deep understanding of the ability and limitations of costumes on stage.
As a colleague, she strongly values the moral compass, making the time spent on set comfortable and joyful for those around her.
